We offer complete turnkey solutions, whether prime-running or standby systems. Our various agreements & contracts are designed to suit our clients’ needs. 

All of our contracts & agreements are based on the following options: 

24 – 7 / 365 days a year cover 
To the end user this means they will be fully covered with 4-hour response time from a power outage or breakdown with an Engineer on site.
Minor and Major generator servicing
To the client this would be the basic level entry into our service agreement, it’s a critical part of making sure you power plant will work as intended and have the backup you require when needed. Our technicians carry out inspections on all systems regarding the generator, including engine serving and alternator checks, ATS & AMF and switch gear inspections. 
Fuel Management 
As part of our commitment to our industry, we offer a refueling service running 356 days a year. This means to our clients that we are fully committed to keeping the power flowing when needed. 
As part of this service, we can offer cleaner biofuels, such as BIO Green HVO, to help reduce environmental impact. One of our main goals as a supplier is to reduce the harmful gases emitted by the power generation industry. We install Catalytic converters, Diesel particle filters, and other equipment to help mitigate the environmental effects.  
Remote Monitoring Service 
EE can install and set up a monitoring system on your Power Generator, ATS or AMF Panel, Switch Gear and Fuel Tank from any location across the globe.  
We various applications can be download on to your PC, Mobile Phone or Tablet giving you full access 24-7-365. Your generator can be started remotely and running checks can be carried out from any location worldwide with an internet connection or mobile phone service. This means the client can feel in safe hands knowing at the very moment a fault occurs the problem can be dealt with instantly. 
Generator Complete Build Installation Service and Project Management
As part of our turn-key package, we provide complete build services, including installations of power generators and associated equipment, all covered under a Project Manager. All our installation work is covered under the warranty period, giving the client total peace of mind from start to finish. We register with the Electrical Contractors Association, NICEIC, Oftec Oil and Heating Technology, AMPS, the Association of Manufacturers and Power Systems, and ancillary equipment suppliers. We work too ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & SSIP. As part of being registered with these organizations, it means to the client that all our services are routinely scrutinized and checked to ensure we are working to the latest regulations and standards on annual inspections.  
Load Bank Service and Hire 
Generator and UPS Load Bank Testing is a critical service to keep your Power Generator or UPS working to its optimum performance; it works by putting a dummy load on the engine and alternator or UPS and proving under test conditions the equipment is working correctly and high lighting any faults that might occur. Carrying out the testing in a controlled environment is a good way of ensuring your system will work when an actual power outage happens or your load requires an increased power output. This is a real benefit to the client, knowing that the system is working to its peak performance, saving time and money by carrying out Preventive maintenance. 
Generator Hire 
Temporary Power: We can solve your power requirements, whether it's event season or backing up your local supermarket or data center. We have access to generator power outputs ranging from 10kVA to 3mVA. We also supply multi–megawatt packages, synchronizing to mains supplies or paralleling gensets. All generators come with a tailor-made package of distribution and cables.
